Customer Service Representative -- Loans/Deposits (dual role)

Location: Flatwater Bank -- Ansley, Nebraska

Compensation: To be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and proven ability.

Our Ansley team has an opportunity for a motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented employee with proven customer service skills. The ideal candidate will need to be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.

The scope of responsibility for this position includes:

Essential Functions

• Provide legendary customer service to internal and external customers
• Greeting clients and addressing their banking needs
• Assist with loan and deposit customer requests and banking transactions
• Promote products and services to customers and prospective clients
• Open and maintain customer accounts
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer
• Use and support customers with digital banking tools
• Prepare loan documents at loan officer’s requests
• Monitor loan files to ensure all required documents are received and compliant with bank regulatory policies
• Attend and participate in various bank-sponsored community events and activities
• Participate in various team-building activities

• Take pride in enhancing lives with a can-do attitude

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Banking experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right applicant for the position.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to quickly learn new software

Job Type: Full-time – Monday thru Friday Schedule: 8-hour shift
